From the upstairs den, you step out to a 48' wide deck. There is a handicap ramp leading into the lodge and one of the bathrooms upstairs has a walk in shower that has a shower chair. You won't believe the DOCK...over 2700 sq. ft of space, boat slip with lift and a swim deck for the little ones. A huge 2nd swim dock (32x16) has been added. The new swim dock has built-in benches for enjoying the sunset and watching the kids. The dock swing is a favorite perch for watching those gorgeous sunsets. The dock is large enough to hold your party or reception! Fishing off the dock is a favorite of many of our guest. There's plenty of room inside and out and the property is very private. The hot water is always left on in the cabin. In cold weather cabin will be preheated for your comfort but there is kindling & wood if you want to make a fire in the wood stove. WIFI Cabin is 10 minutes from historic downtown St Francisville and has creek access on the property. The cabin is centrally located within easy access to plantation homes, Cat Island Nature Preserve, Tunica Falls & the Audubon Pilgrimage March18-20.

Otherwise, you will need a car to get around; Personal or Rental/Ride share (Über).  We are located in a very old area of town. As such, there are some not well maintained houses in the neighborhood. However, we have other locations in that area, lots of cameras, and a solid security system, which you would probably never need.
